Akhil Bhartiya Cyber Suraksha Sangathan (ABCSS), Delhi is the premier investigating agency under the Delhi Police Division which has not only the responsibility of investigating Cyber Crimes faced by individuals, groups or corporate but also educating the citizens of Delhi NCR to prevent being the victim of Cyber Attacks.

Akhil Bhartiya Cyber Suraksha Sangathan (ABCSS), Delhi is directly accountable for the overall functioning of supervision, investigation and coordination of all the Cyber crime based cases. ABCSS also ensures to coordinate with other government agencies. ABCSS plans to employ latest advancements in the field of Cyber investigation to upgrade the investigative skills of Police Officers for overall disclosure of the Cyber crimes.

Besides the basic functions of Cyber Crime investigation, Akhil Bhartiya Cyber Suraksha Sangathan (ABCSS), Delhi also ensures to improve the Cyber crime intelligence for improving the quality of investigation and prosecution. ABCSS also helps to spread information among the Internet and technology users through various means to help in making a secure Cyber Space for everyone.

VISION

Akhil Bhartiya Cyber Suraksha Sangathan (ABCSS), Delhi has been initiated to cope up with the increasing number of online security breaching, website hacking, online frauds and other allied internet or mobile related crimes that comes under the definition of Cyber Crime as per the IT Act 2000, IT(Amendment) Act, 2008, IPC and Special Laws.
