Akhil Bhartiya Cyber Suraksha Sangathan (ABCSS), Delhi is India's First Cyber Crime Investigation NGO — registered under the Registrar of Society of NCT Delhi (Regd. No. 287). ABCSS is not only responsible for investigating Cyber Crimes faced by individuals, groups or corporates, but also for educating citizens of Delhi NCR to prevent them from becoming victims of Cyber Attacks.
ABCSS is directly accountable for the overall supervision, investigation and coordination of all Cyber Crime-based cases. It ensures close coordination with other government agencies and employs the latest advancements in cyber investigation to upgrade the investigative skills of Police Officers for the overall disclosure of cyber crimes.
Beyond core investigation, ABCSS continuously improves cyber crime intelligence to enhance prosecution quality, and spreads awareness among internet and technology users through various means — helping build a secure Cyber Space for everyone in India.
Amit Malhotra is a distinguished Cyber Security Specialist and Cyber Space Researcher, widely recognized for his exceptional contributions to the field of information security and digital awareness. With a proven track record of delivering more than 50+ high-impact training sessions globally, he has established himself as a trusted authority in cyber security education and vulnerability research.
Throughout his career, Amit has successfully identified critical vulnerabilities in the systems of leading global organizations, including Intel, Sony, HP, TED, and several others. His technical expertise and analytical acumen have earned him multiple prestigious international offers, notably from Microsoft, inviting him to serve as a Level-5 Instructor in Networking & Security.
Despite global opportunities, Amit chose to return to India with a mission-driven vision—to empower the nation’s youth and strengthen cyber resilience at the grassroots level. Demonstrating unparalleled commitment, he has conducted cyber awareness campaigns in approximately 500+ schools, directly impacting and educating over 8,000+ students. His outreach extends beyond academic institutions, having successfully executed cyber security awareness initiatives across numerous government organizations and private corporates nationwide. He has also actively trained college students, equipping them with practical, industry-relevant cyber security skills.
Further strengthening his profile, Amit collaborates closely with law enforcement agencies and has worked alongside the police forces of 18+ states across India in cyber crime investigation efforts. Leveraging his deep technical expertise, he has contributed to the successful resolution of approximately 25,000+ cyber crime cases, reflecting his significant impact in combating digital threats at scale.
His relentless efforts and impactful contributions have garnered recognition from national media, further solidifying his reputation as a leading figure in cyber security awareness, investigation, and education in India.

ABCSS was initiated to cope with the increasing number of online security breaches, website hacking, online frauds and other internet or mobile-related crimes that fall under the definition of Cyber Crime as per the IT Act 2000, IT (Amendment) Act 2008, IPC and Special Laws.
ABCSS is committed to work as a research and action team to build a proactive cyber defence network — working in close coordination with State Government departments and agencies to prevent and investigate the root causes of cyber crimes. Additionally, ABCSS aims to educate internet users for prevention against potential cyber crimes.
